Trains crews and emergency personals will assist you to rescue train.
Option 3: Transfer to train along side.
This means if example, if your disable train was on three or four tracks on train, if train was disable on local track, rescue train will use express track next to local track and pulled up beside the disable train. Then, Train Crew members will use device known as "Emergency Evacuation Device" to cross over to train next door (as you seen on Speed- From bomb-jacked bus to resuce bus (airport bus)
Option 4: Train to Trackbed.
Once power is removed from track, emergency and train crew members will escort you to trackbed to nearested Emergency Exit or station. Sometimes I help them, too. One time, when I was at 5th Av/53rd St E/V Station, I spotted Japanese male tourists and they wanted to go to South Ferry. That was during 1 Shuttle Bus GO and I was heading same way, so I escorted them onto E train to 42nd St, longest passegeway to Times Square and caught 2 express train to Chambers St. Then, we walk to North End Av/Warren St and caught BPC Shuttle Bus to Battery Park.
One time when I was switching from Broadway to Lexington Av Lines at Atlantic Av-Pacific St, I escorted them, too because they were heading same way.
Another time was German female tourists at 49th St and I was again going same way, so I escorted them on N (during GO- D via Broadway Express) to Rector St and we tried to catch Subway Shuttle Bus but they we didn't know what corner it stopped, so it skipped us.
On Easter Sunday, after we got off SIF at St. George's, I helped another first time tourist and sugget they should go to Staten Island Zoo, so I told them to take SIR, then take S53 bus.
This poetry below I posted onto NYPL'S Teenlink Website's Wordsmith when I was teen.
See this:
I Wanna Help You Around.

2. One time on weekend, lots of tourist ask people, "Is this B train?" One time, I told my friends B doesn't run on the weekend.
One long time ago at uptown local platform at Rock, there was Japanese couple I met at MET Museum's Japanese Highlight Tour and they were waiting for weekday V because they wanted to get to 53rd St but I told them V only serve during weekdays.
One time during another GO- (NO E bet. West 4th St & WTC), there was Japanese couple trying to get to 42nd St, but since this GO allow E to LWE-2nd Av Station and I was heading same way, so we caught uptown E via 6th Av to 42nd St.
Lot of people ended up on express station with no crossover, and some people have to take local to nearby station for crossover like 68th, 96th, 103rd Sts except if it was express.
Lot of tourist think express stations are connected together.

3. When I saw tourists looking at subway map in front of Metropolitan Museum of Art, I asked them, "Do you need help with subways/buses? I am expert on buses and subways."
When my friend at Information Desk tells tourist, I tell help my friend tells tourists to do this instead.
In the MET, I always advise my friend at Info desk at MET when A train doesn't go to 190th St and take M4 to avoid changing or getting off at bad neighborhood because of rumor.
One time, when I was on Brooklyn-bound 3 train longtime ago, I was nervous because Brooklyn's not really good neighborhood either.
When I took my another foreign friend to WTC restaurant, I helped them from MET during the GO.
I still remember one time when I helped Japanese tourists at MET Museum and after museum, they were going to Yankees, so I help them because due to Yankee's backup old 167th St construction, I took them to 170th St and caught Shuttle Bus to 167th St and I told them to keep going straight south to 161st St entrance.
I always be help to people who plan to take subway or buses.
One time when I was walking east on 82nd St near Lexington Av, I spotted someone looking at Manhattan Bus Map. I ask them what they were looking for and they told me "7th Av."
I told them there was no 7th Av in this area, and they told me 7th Av around 50s, so I suggested they show take Lexington Avenue Buses, M102 or M103 around the corner of 5th Av for M1, M2, M3, M4 and take that to 56th St, go back up north to 57th St, cross 57th St and take any 57th St Buses and they suggested on Lexington Avenue Buses. They were very happy and they told me I was very kind.

4. Few days ago, when I was walking north along 3rd Av past 85th St NYCT/MTA Bus Stop, there was one lady waiting for uptown 3rd Av buses but she didn't know bus stop is moved. Even there's sign on the bus stop, it looks like flier. So, I told her that all buses stop on other side, sharing bus stops with Eastchester Depot.
Yesterday afternoon, since it was Memorial Day, I got interested in all bus manufactures. I saw Nova RTS, Orion V, Orion VII Low-Floor Hybrid, New Flyer Artic at 5th Av & 84th St NW corner. Since it was Memorial Day, Sunday schedule was in effect, so I was saying, "NO SOUTH FERRY BUS! All Buses East Village & Penn Station Only! For South Ferry, take M1 to 14th, 12th, 9th Sts and transfer to M6. I had my insider guide to buses, Manhattan buses. I was making sure no one waits for "South Ferry" bus because no South Ferry direct from 5th Av M1. Few people didn't know about that because when I said, "All buses and subways SUNDAY schedule, they ask me Sunday."
One lady with suitcase was waiting for M4 when she came to bus stop. She saw M4 bus that was going fast, bus driver didn't recognize. Finally she got on M4 around 1700 hours.
On the way home to Normade Court, I saw eldery woman with "Transfer" was about to stand at ex-85th St Bus Stop and I told her that bus stop on 86th-87th Sts premise at ex-NYBS stop. I also told teenager with MetroCard to go to Eastchester Bus Depot Stop at 86th-87th Sts.
I was saying "All Inwood/Riverdale, uptown 3rd Av buses at 86th-87th Sts on ex-NYBS stop!"

5. Yesterday, after my Japanese magazine editor and photograph who are going to interview me for Japanese magazine ate lunch in CourtSquare CityCorp Pizza, we decided to get on (7) train at 45th Rd. There was man asking owner if owner knows how to get downtown. I told him follow E/V Manhattan sign opposite of (7) train entrance.

6. Yesterday when I was inspecting 5th Av/84th St to make sure tourist knows BxM and Bee-Line Buses are drop-off only.
When BxM4B came, there was two couples who were trying to get on, but I told them all Coach Buses are drop-off only.
When BxM6 out of service pulled into its drop-off at 84th St because of problem and when next BxM6 came, I announce, "Drop-Off Exchange Only! No pickup!" and same couple was trying to get on 2nd BxM6 because passengers in disable express bus was exchanging to other BxM6 and I told same couple that all coach buses would not pickup and I told them only regular bus escorts Manhattan.

7. Saturday, I help Japanese lady at Metropolitan Museum of Art. After I show her around, I ask if she want to see Cloisters and she said yes.
First, we walk to 85th St Postal Office and she got her postcard delivered, then we caught uptown 4 local train GO to 161st St-Yankees Stadium.
We exit at Yankees Stadium and we waited at wrong Bx13 bus stop and when I asked MTA that Bx13 was on the parkside and we took crowded Bx13 bus to last stop, GWB. Bx13 made crazy stops because it stop at every single block because 166th-167th-168th something like that.
At GWB Bus Station, we enter and we went to find Pizza Plaza and we bought one slice of pizza, then we follow bike path to GWB walkway and we only went up to bridge level, then we went down and caught M4 bus at Ft. Washington Av & 179th St at perfect timing, so we took M4 bus to Cabrini Blvd, had lunch in the Fort Tryon Park, then walk to Cloisters Museum. We saw beautiful landsca[e from Washington Bridge and firehouse on the bus.
When I show her Cloisters, I met my friends.
After that, we exit toward Dyckman Plaza, got lost in the Fort Tryon Park, and we walk north on Broadway.
Near Academy St, my friend stop by the shop and because it was cheap, so I show her inside as we were on the way to Bx12 bus because she was going to Rockfeller Center.
At 207th St NE corner, we waited for Bx12. First Artic wasn't picking us up but second Artic came and first one beat us to it.
At narrow Isham St, there was delivery truck double parking on westbound lane and bus had hard time.
As bus was turning, some sneaky driver from westbound Sherman Av went in front of artic but it didn't got on accident. There was little traffic near 10th Av, then crossed beautiful bridge, University Heights Bridge and we saw 207th St Train Yard and great landscape.
At Fordham Rd & Grand Concourse/Vanderbilt Av, we got off via rear door and she took picture and we went down the subway station.
We waited at wrong platform which was rush hour express platform because some Bronx lady said, you have to go all the way about half and she hold train doors as we run for Manhattan-bound D train.
At 47th-50th Sts/Rockfeller Center, we got off and we exit at 49th-50th Sts exit and enter Rockfeller Plaza.
After Rockfeller Plaza, she escorted me near subway station because she was going to Times Square and I give exact same direction by M27WB at 49th St & Lex Av NW to Broadway/47th St SW and I got on uptown 6 local train at 51st St and took it to 86th St, then got on uptown M101 LTD at 87th to 97th Sts.
Sunday was Puerto Rican Day Parade, which means 5th Av Bus Chaos, so I went to MET museum to give 5th Av bus diversion chaos after I took downtown M4 bus, then at 9:45am, I hop aboard northbound M4 bus at Madison Av & 83rd St, then I took it to last stop, Cloisters Museum and I walk around quickly after I gave direction and I took M4 bus to 190th St Subway Station.
When I got at station level, there were Japanese couples looking at the map and I ask them if they need help and they told me they were going to Cloisters and I told them it tough path to Cloisters and I show them the way and guided them in Cloisters via bus stop area.
Around 12:15pm, I told them if they want to go to Chinatown, take M4 bus to 190th St, then take A train to Canal St/6th Av.
After that, I got on M4 bus back to 190th St, free transfer to A train.
At 190th St, first Brooklyn-bound A train was honking because it was bypassing the station, but few moments, A train came. Even though it run local only on 8th Av side, it arrive at PABT station and I call my friend. After that, I walk up 8th Av, 44th St, Broadway to Toys'R'Us.
After that, I met with my museum friend, then walk up to 6th Av & Central Park South after we had quick bite at Ray's Pizza. My museum friend's cousin got off at wrong station, she got off too quick and we finally met her at noisy area at 6th Av/59th St with noisy parade.
We enter at 7th Av and after we stopped by at Dairy, they gave us free poster and we ended up walking East Drive on Parade Zone and we got stuck on PuertoRican Parader Traffic at 72nd St because that was only exit.
About thirty minutes, we finally got to East Side and they stop by at store in Madison Av.
As we walk along 71st St after we took break, we saw my museum friend's boyfriend, Mike, fire mechannic and he was driving westbound when we approach 2nd Av.
We all had pizza at Ray's Pizza at 78th St, and I felt like going to catch local bus at 77th St, but I went to limited stop on 79th St and I waited for bus and I waited for second M101 LTD and took to 97th St, then when I saw lady waiting for Riverdale Express on 3rd Av/96th St, I thought that bus detour was still in affect due to 116th St Street Fair and when I look at M96EB shelter and it had MTA Bus Co. Diversion that usually stop on 97th St but when she got here, BxM1 didn't make turn that they suppose to during diversion and we made mistake and she miss the bus and went she saw crosstown bus, she rush across to catch the subway.
THE END

EasyPay Xpress MetroCard

Easy Express MetroCard is similar to E-Z Pass for drivers who used tolls.
Easy Express MetroCard is automatical card that refills and this card is used for riders who take BxM4c, New York City express buses, and Atlantic Express ride to/from Staten Island.
Once you apply by credit card, Easy Express MetroCard has $50 ($60) in value. type='text'>Comfortable way to New York Mets

During New York Mets season, New York Water Taxi operates the METS EXPRESS.
It's much comfortable than taking subway or train.
The METS EXPRESS leaves from Brooklyn Army Terminal, South Street Seaport, East 34th St, East 90th St, and heads straight to Shea Stadium.
Round-Trip Adult fare cost $18, children under 12 is 14, and under 2 is free by paying customer.
During the sports event, streets near Shea Stadium, Cross Island Parkway, Grand Central Parkway, Roosevelt Av, Northern Blvd, and Van Wyck Expressway is mass of traffic delay.
Also due to new construction, parking at Shea Stadium is limited, and train or ferry is much better choise.
Sometimes, (7) can be tough because some time, some part has no service while (7) operates.
And on LIRR, $3 Weekend City Ticket is not valid for Shea Stadium.
Buses Q48, Q66, Q19 operates near
